ORDERS READY FOR IN-STORE PICKUP WITHIN 24HRS
BOOKING FEES
A small non-refundable booking fee must be paid in order to book an appointment. Booking fees start at $22.60, depending on the service(s) booked, and are deducted from the total of your appointment. Think of it as a "commitment fee" - They help to minimize no-shows, which greatly impact a small business.
BOOKING FEES ON FILE
Should the client need to cancel or reschedule an appointment outside of the 24hr window, the booking fee will be held on their file as a credit, and can be used towards their next appointment. This credit does not expire, and may also be used towards any product purchased.
CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24HRS
We kindly ask that the client provides sufficient notice when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24hrs will be subject to a 50% service fee in the amount of the appointment booked. The booking fee is applied as a credit to the owing balance. Client may not be allowed to rebook with an outstanding balance.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
We kindly ask that the client provides sufficient notice when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be subject to a service fee in the full amount of the appointment booked. The booking fee is applied as a credit to the owing balance. Client may not be allowed to rebook with an outstanding balance.
LATE ARRIVALS
We allow a grace period of 10mins. If the client is late and we no-longer have time to complete the service, the booking fee will then be forfeited, and the client must rebook with a new booking fee. Please leave early enough to compensate for trains, buses, traffic, etc.
* Each service is entirely different - Some may be able to be altered/shortened to compensate for late arrivals, while others firmly are not. This entirely depends on the service(s) booked, and will be determined at our discretion. The client may not be compensated in the event of altered/shortened appointments, and will be charged the full amount of the original appointment booked, regardless of modifications.
DISCOUNTED OR COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES
Additional discounts or complimentary services will not be re-issued in the event of a cancellation within 24hrs, late arrival, or no-show.
REFUNDS
We do not provide refunds or returns on any product or service. All products are final sale. Replacements may only be available in the event of a manufacturer defect, and ultimately at the discretion of the manufacturer.
